“Hi, I’m George Lovato Jr. I am the On-Call Outdoor Chef, just Chasing the Flames in my outdoor kitchen. I live in The Land of Enchantment at 6,000 feet elevation in the foothills of the beautiful and majestic Sandia mountains. I have a full-time job; that is why I am the On-Call Outdoor Chef. I am very passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their individual American Dreams by assisting them with finance and management of their growing and successful enterprises.

But I have another passion… Chasing the Flames! I’m going to teach you how to use every outdoor cooking appliance, and I am going to give great outdoor cooking recipes, show you shortcuts that work and are acceptable in the culinary world, proper prep and cooking techniques, a ton of safety tips, proper use of tools and utensils - as well as how you need to deal with all forms of changing weather.
